Play As One is called to coach the heart of the athlete, their families, and their community to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through discipleship.
We are so glad that you have decided to join us for our very first season of MA (Martial Arts). Over the next 4 weeks your athlete will focus on building important skills such as footwork, conditioning, and self-defense. Throughout training, your athletes will develop mental toughness, discipline, and confidence as they learn to apply these techniques in self-defense scenarios.Y our athlete will be challenged to grow in skill but also in character, drawing inspiration from scriptures like Philipians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Sensei Esteban Uribe and his family, owners of East West MMA Escondido, will be leading our brand-new Martial Arts class! With years of experience and a deep passion for martial arts, they’re here to guide your athlete every step of the way, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

The 2025 MA is a 4 week season and will start May 23rd and run through June 13th. There will be 3 divisions. Division 1: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade. Division 2: 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade. Division 3: High School. Sign up now to reserve your spot for your 1st - 12th Grader.
Cost: $100 for 4 weeks
Grades and Times: All classes will be on Fridays starting May 23rd.
Division 1: 1/2/3/4 at 5PM
Division 2: 5/6/7/8 at 6PM
Division 3: High School at 7PM
Where: Emmanuel Faith Community Church, inside the gymnasium.
